Michael, Katherine Stole money from a stay at home mom!

I received a call from DCI and spoke to a lady named Katherine. She was very pleasant and courteous with me. She seemed to be very understanding about my situation. She had explained the payment arrangements with me. She told me that she needed a credit card or my banking numbers to hold that payment plan. She had informed me that they would call me before they did anything with my credit card. December rolls around and i never received a call. I only found out when my card was denied at the store buying my daughter some diapers that they took $60 off of my prepaid VISA. How embarrassing! I tried to call them and find out what the deal was and could not get anyone to answer. I left several messages and didn't hear back from them. January comes around and i get a phone call stating that they had cleared another $60 payment that i did not authorize. I was unable to carry on a extensive conversation at that time and tried to call back, yet to no avail. Towards the beginning of February I received a call from Michael Annis asking about further payment arrangements. I tried to explain to him that i was not going to get paid for another two weeks and with having bills and 2 very sick children, I didn't know when i would be able to pay further payments. His exact words were well good luck with that and he hung up on me. I have had no further contact from this company nor do I wish to.
