Never trust, They are the biggest rip-off artists ever

We only applied for a Cross Country Visa to try to build our credit up after my husband was disabled at work and we fell behind on our bills. First, I set the payments up to come directly out of our checking account, so that they would always be paid on time. I received a letter from them stating the dates that our payments would be taken out for the next three months. All of a sudden, I had about 4 checks bounce. The actually took the payment out two weeks early!!! I called and complained to everyone I could talk to, but nothing was ever done about it. Finally, we paid our balance in full in February and cut the card up and sent it back. Then, we started getting bills for a monthly maintenance fee. We are now up to owing about $90.00 again and we've not had the card since February. These people call us 5 times a day and we've explained that the card was cut up and sent back, but they continue to call!!! Does anyone know a good lawyer?
