This collection agency is violating every collection procedure required by law.

Joycelyn Jones called 1 time and told me she was a lawyer and that I owe 1500.00 to Motor Car Auto Carriers and that this was their final attempt to collect they have exhausted all their methods of collection. But not one letter was ever sent in the mail.

I requested that Jocelyn send me proof showing that I owe this money and what I owe it for. She told me I owed for damages, repairs from an EFS check and then told me that I owed for a lease I had, She has no idea why she is calling or what she is collecting on.

I still have NEVER received hard copies of any check I have written or anything showing I owe this money.

I have hard copy proof that I owe this company 367.53 and this company also needs to still de-register my tags which would have them owing me a check back to me.

This collection company not once sent any mail saying anything one day out of the blue 7 months after I didn't work for this company they call with this saying I owe 1500.00.

I got several messages saying that suit has been filed by Jason Reed.

I still have not received anything in the mail but today 2.23.2011 somehow they found my e-mail and sent me a notice of collection via e-mail not knowing if this is my e-mail and still showing no proof I owe the money.

This place is violating the debt collection law and I do not think that Joycelyn is a lawyer I think that she is misrepresenting herself as an attorney.
