Passed Between Five Agents on Loan Help Before Foreclosure

After fighting with this company for MONTHS, they are now trying to foreclose on our home. I submitted and resubmitted the paperwork they requested from us, only to be passed around to five different agents, all of whom I have to re-explain everything to once again. It is like they don't read the account notations, along with not paying attention to detail.

I am considering hiring an attorney to file suit against them. I have been told there are suits filed, but it costs $4000 to join in the class action. This is ridiculous!
