Giving us the run around about loan remodification

After fighting with this company for MONTHS, they are now trying to foreclose on our home. I had submitted and REsubmitted paperwork they have requested from us to only be passed around to five different agents. All of whom I have to re-explain everything to once again. Its like they don't read account notations along with not paying attention to detail. I am considering hiring an attorney to file suit against them. I have been told there ARE suits filed but it costs $4000 to join in the class action. This is ridiculous!
