Fairbanks Capital Ripoff Loan Sharks Foreclosure Threatening Mortgage Company from HELL

This so-called company has charged me over $6000 in inspection fees, evaluation costs and insureance penalties (I had a seperate homeowner's policy).

I closed over a month ago and my final payment was $4000 more than the original loan made more than 3 years ago. The company refuses to explain the extra charges. Before refinancing, every other week, we were receiving threats to foreclose and additional charges even when the payments were on-time.

Finally this company has put me through so much anguish over keeping my home, I am grateful to be away from them, but now I am out more than $4000 plus the $500 in additional insurance they purchased on my behalf (whatever)! Now they refuse to refund the balance on the policy I have paid for (well they charged me for) since I paid of my loan after the policy was only in effect for 2 months. We are talking about amost $700 for a policy I was only paying $300 for.
