Bogus payment after termination

I delivered True.com many emails to stop test account as well as for a complete reimbursement and was never delivered an answer. Then again this month they billed by card again. After I named them-they stated you have to contact to cancell and were reluctant to provide any reimbursement. I've approached my lender to change costs ideally.

Something should be completed to guard others out of this organization.
