COMPLETE RIPOFF SCAM&Need Class Action Lawsuit

This "so called" company took $299.00 from my account electronically through Pay by Check.com on August 28. I placed numerous phone calls to Customer Service @ 866-939-4646 and for some odd reason, spoke to the same person, Mark Atkins, every time. (I find this odd, is he the only one working there???)

With every phone call, I was told a different story. When I asked to hear the voice recording of the authorization to take funds from my account, I was given a different reason as to why I couldn't hear it at that time. When I asked for the phone number to the corporate office, he replied that didn't have one but gave me a PO Box address in Champlain NY.

I did eventually receive a package from Cybertel Security. I sent it back the same day it was received so that I could get my money back. That was end of September. I waited and waited but the money was never sent back.

Now, speaking with this Mark Atkins @ Customer Service today, he tells me that the package was never sent back so the money won't be refunded. (of course, right) He said my mistake was that I didn't send it back registered mail. (spend more money)
There needs to be a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against this so called company! This has to stop!
