My inlaws have a loan serviced by Greentree. They are both old and suffer dementia, strokes and my father in law is deaf. Greentree recently called my mother in law, knowing she suffers from dementia and early stages of alzhemiers telling her that if she only sent in a payment they would lower her interest rate from 11.99% to 3%. Which is a lie. We have spoke to them and told them to quit calling her and only call her sons as they do not undertand what is happening to them. They call all day long like a mental torture game and tell them that they'll have to leave they will forclose they are not even a payment behind.
