I dropped my unique card and documented it on the site, seeking an upgraded card be delivered Fed Ex in a 19.95 cost. Per week later-after no card comes, I contact cust support and am informed it had been accidentally shipped. I wait another couple times then contact again and am informed by another customer support representative I ought to contain it anyday. Fourteen days move and that I obtain a Fed Ex notice with my card. Both repetitions lied in my experience and may hardly speak English. I ought to record them towards the BBB.
