Hope For Car Owners
Carloanmod.com Said they would be able to negotiate a loan modification for me on our Auto and did not deliver but sure did take my money

I contacted Hope for Car Owners in Dec I spoke to a Matt Moore and he assured me they would be able help me get my car loan modified. They did not do what there were hired to do. I payed them the retainer fee and waited to hear from them. I had to call them they ver seldom called me. They were supposed to give me a play by play on the negotiating process and did not do this at all I had to ask several times why the site had not been updated and then all of sudden the date would be changed but no new info on it. To get any info out of them was like pulling teeth They should have been very willing to tell me everything. What made matters worse was when I called my loan company they told and assured me that they had never been contacted by Hope for Car Owners. That started heads rolling fast!!! I called Matt up and asked what was going on I had paid them money and they were not even contacting them. 3 days later I spoke to my lien holder and all of a sudden Hope for car owners had called them??? Strange huh. So then they had told that our lien holder was willing to a mod on our loan but that is it they did nothing more and the lein holder backed out of the mod only 2 days later and Hope for car owners did nothing but tell me I was out of luck!!! Do not use them I am fighting to get my money back LOOk at the BBB there have been several reports filed. I found this all out after I had already pd them. Do not make the same mistake as I keep your money and try hard to work with your lender if you canno get anywhere get a real live attorney to assist you that is you best bet Do not use these jokers I have a lawyer now to deal with not only them but my loan as well
