They took all the info, $750.00, called once and dissipared!

I needed to modify my loan on our home we have had some bad luck with my husband being hospitalized this last year i found new hope modification talked to David he assured me that i would be able to fix our loan for us.

I sent him all the paper work he asked for i also recived a phone call from joe he told me on a message that he personaly would be take over my file and he would contact me through out the prossess and let me know what was going on so i didn't worrie for a while my husband had some more health issues going on now it had been a month and the phone temperly dissconnected.

I typed in "New hope loan modification" all i could find was usacomplaints.com. I don't know what i am going to do we are now 4 months behind on our morgage and they told me " don't make anymore payments till they were done modifing our loan because we could just add it to the back of our loan." we have 3 small children and i am scared!

I can not understand how someone could do this to another persone it makes me sick to think that they have done this to others.
