Nelnet nust be audited to check out their practises. I proceed to pay for my mortgage the rate of interest continuously changes. I'm never advised of the change or the main reason. To create issue worse after I take a look at my consideration, it says fixed-rate of 3%. Lately I submitted section 13 payment program. I had been informed interes rate was 7% after processing I currently observe they reduce it back again to 3% is that this authorized?
