Ripoff I guess since they have no record of my account number that means I don't have to pay them any more

I tried to call the 800 number on my statement and the automated system said my account number was invalid. What a crock. I've never cancelled my card and would have no reason for a new account number.

I was getting ticked off, so I tried to access my account online and the same thing happened. I have an invalid account number. I guess since they have no record of my account number that means I don't have to pay them any more.

I just hope this bill is not on my credit report. Especially since it doesn't exist.
