I am in the Military and have had an account with FCNB for over 2 years. Since I started this on an allotment (payments made automatically) I have had no problems.

Now since the closing of this bank we were not notifed of any changes we had to make. Now my Accounting branch is telling me that the payments are going to stop due to an invalid account number.

I refuse to let this happen without some action. I will not jepordize my credit history for a stupid componay that cannot inform the customer of it's closing.

There is a thing call customer service in case thay haven't heard about it.

If there is anyone else that feels the same way please let me know of your situation.
