Fcnb - Cardmemberservices.net - Infistar - First Consumers National Bank
First consumers national bank - cardmemberservices.net is owned by infistar. I'm unable to get my fcnb account information to pay off my bill

I also am unable to get account information from the company where my FCNB account was transferred using the web site cardmemberservices.net or the automated voice response system at 866-691-0053. The error message I get states that my account number is invalid. Of course, I am using the account number I have always used and, to my knowledge, have not received any correspondence stating that my account number has been changed.

In doing some research, I discovered that cardmemberservices.net is owned by Infistar (infistar.com). I sent an email to information@infistar.com inquirying about my account. I have not received a reply yet but just recently sent the email.
