Agent lied when i was told that i had coverage

Efore my medical procedure i called my local aflac agent twice. He told me i had coverage and sent me a claim form. I was denied benefits. Wrong coverage. I trusted the agent who looked at my policy on his computer and told me i was good to go. I was under the impression the agent could read... Wrong. If you think i am a little angry you are correct.
