My story is almost exactly like one I read in your report. BOA raised my mortgage almost 400.00 per month and I was not behind. I fell for the loan modification scheme and I thought I had received it in July in Washington, D.C. At the Convention Center. I was helped by NACA, To me all they did was a quick refinance and I paid for it. I was paying my mortgage on time and at their Bank until and I was paying my taxes and insurance too. Next thing I know everything is all messed up and I am entangled with them making calls me me 9-10 times per day even after 9:00 pm. I have been paying in accordance to their agreement (the loan modification) that I thought was finalized in July. They continue to want more documents and continue to see fedex so much so that I do not even open up the documents any more to keep from getting even more stressed out. I am not trying to get depressed over this I am going to fight they with all I have inside of me. I sent Naca copies of the document I received fedex on 2/11 and they told me that I have to wait 5-10 days to have the senior person get back with me after they get with BOA. Bottom line. I am not going to be ripped off by them When I read the the story this is the same way they did me started with the $400.00 increase for taxes to which I had been paying all along and since they could not get me—They are now stating that I did not receive the loan modification and I have document proving other wise. Who is out there helping people being ripped off by them? I am going to the court on Monday to assertain what rights I have. This has and still is a nightmare. They have been taking my money each and every month. BOA ran the exact scam on as he one I read on usacomplaints.com exact same.
