Loan Refinance delay w/no communication

Our House at 12 Egret Ln. Aliso Viejo, CA happens to be funded by Lender of America @4.75% APR 20 year.

I requested a refinance mortgage and was provided a 3.8% to get a 15-year period in Nov early.

Used to do not notice something from their website till Jan. Between I co signed an automobile loan for my nephew in Ohio. I posted all paperwork regarding the cost being produced by my nephew from his back as well as the vehicle being authorized in Ohio.

Today after I contact them-they claim they CAn't recognition the provided refinance. I paid all of the control costs etc towards the mortgage specialist after I had been authorized in November. Please inform me how to proceed and just how may I solve this.
