They bought our loan from National City Mortgage while it was in default. They reported misinformation to the VA so that the VA would not work with us either. They misapplied our payments, and then took the first opportunity to throw us into forclosure, when a forbearance pmt. Was about 150.00 short. When it comes to this company I firmly hope there is some truth in the phrase, "What goes around comes around"! Any one else think there may be just cause for a class action law suit?
