Terrible service

I had been with HomeEQ after which Ocwen purchased the mortgage. The web site falls frequently which makes it difficult to pay for online. Then I've to hold back for 20 units to talk to an extremely foriegn non-customer support oriented individual. They cost me $10 easily create the cost following the deadline while still within the grace period. I'm goiong to refinance and so I could possibly get from these folks. To include much more insult, they're getting me another $102 for escrow monthly when that needs to be heading down.

Please can there be a suit I will join?
