Fairbanks Capital Corp. Sold our mortgage to Ocwen the middle of May todate Ocwen has yet to send us any information about the servicing of our loan such as our new loan account number, the address to send payments to. Ect. We are now in defult because of this failure on Ocwens part.

The customer service telephone number is a total sham as you need your accout number to get into the system, but I can not get into the system to get my account number. This has got to be the worst run mortgage servicing company that I have had the misfortune to be purchased by. I have worked for several mortgage servicing companies and we never would have operated in this fashion. I feel that Ocwen is going out if their way to force us into a defult position so that they can steal our property.
