My Citibank account was mistakenly handed over to this agency. Citibank has said it was a mistake but because this company is called a "Law Office" rather than a collection agency, Citibank says they can not cancel the assignment; that it has to be done by Blitt & Gaines.
B&G however will not talk to me; insist on payment though the account is current. I am at my wits end. They have ruined my credit.
