Blitt & Gaines got a judgement against us.in the court docket there are a minimum of 4 different balances. When I called to verify the beginning balance all the woman could tell us is that its interest. The another gentlemen told us he doesnt know accounting but he does know algebra. (I literally burst out laughing). I said lets go through this so that this is true and factual and she told me she didn't have time nor did she have to verify the balances and take the time to go through it with me and hung up on me. I called back and I was informed that if I call back they will file a harrassment charge against me. So I called back. I can not get verification of the original balance and now they reported another balance to my husbands work. $3000.00 has been paid off on this supposedly $7500 judgement. I will be calling this firm daily till we get the original statement which they do not have.
