American platinum financial services they stold money out of our bank account and we were forced to close it to stop them after they toke $722

Legalhelpersdebtresolution lied to us about what they promised to do for us. They did not comunicate with us other than lying about what they were doing for us.

We payed them $722. For our first instalment and they were going to take out 3 more payments 1 each month. We had to close our bankaccount and open a new one to stop the from stealing the other 3 payments they wanted.

We got our loan modification that we have been working on with our lender for 18 months and a rep. From our lender told us he had left 4 messages for the and the didn't even return on call. We got the trial modification and the did not even know we did and then they tryed to tell us it was because fo them that we got it. We have emailed them and called but they have never respondid again
