The credit one bank did not send me a bill and then wanted me pay them 9.95 to pay over the phone or they said they would charge me a late fee of 35.00 dollars there was no talking to them at all

Creditonebank is trying to charge me to pay on line or get a late fee out of me. I called to tell them i didnt get a bill then said wait a few more days see if it comes then it be to late they will charge me a late fee what can i do. I cant talk to anyone thats got a brain in that office.
