No Bill Received and Phone Payment Fee Charged to Avoid Late Fee

Creditonebank is trying to charge me to pay on line or get a late fee out of me. I called to tell them I didn't get a bill then said wait a few more days see if it comes then it be to late they will charge me a late fee what can I do. I can't talk to anyone that's got a brain in that office.
