I ended up with all of someone elses information... Their SS# address, employer, phone number and have no clue what has happened with our information

My sister just had her taxes prepared by Jackson Hewitt in Weirton WV. She ended up receiving copies of some one elses taxes. She has the other parties Name, SS#, address, phone#, place of employment, checking acct numbers... She has no clue of what has happened to hers and is not getting straight answers from Jackson Hewitt. Think twice before using these people, it could ruin your lives. Hers might be. Looking for advice about her rights.
