Failure to act as agreed

After costs related to my momis disease and necessary excursions backwards and forwards outofstate, I requested a mortgage mod. I complied with the needs established by Pursuit and finished the "probationary" cost interval, didn't skip or was I overdue with the funds. After weeks, I had been informed that I had been not qualified for the gov't mod plan, but that Pursuit had one internally I'd qualify for. Again, I completed all of the paperwork over and, after getting a payment quantity, submitted cost. It had been delivered - atleast 8 weeks in AROW. I had been informed when to publish and also the precise quantity, but funds were delivered. The following point that occurred was a "POUNDS", whoever that's, is providing the mortgage for an unfamiliar 3rd party. I completed a next group of mod documents. Never received an answer. Today, I'm informed with a telephone call, that my home is susceptible to foreclosure to occur in-May of the year. I also discovered that the documents were authorized with Pursuit and were area of the bundle that visited POUNDS, and closed by Pursuit aswell, BUT NEVER DOCUMENTED. Therefore, used to do what I had been requested to complete - 3 TIMES - and my home continues to be being foreclosed on. Is there anyone available who can assist or sugguest somebody or some organization who are able to? This can be a Fannie Mae mortgage. I create nicely cash to pay for the mortgage, and also have attempted. Need help.
