Unauthorised deductions from personal bank account

I've a combined homeloan with my spouse. Recently, in December I shut my savings and exposed a check acc. I'd a 4mth debts charge card stability which as normal I meant to negotiate completely at March finish after I obtain my reward THAT WE CONVEYED FOR THEM. At conclusion January, Std Bnk deducts -R 5000 WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME OF THE PRECEDING. I called them, and guarantees were designed to examine and attempt to refund me - NO RETURN - NO REACTION. At March finish, with my spouse having manufactured fee plans re our mortgage loan, Std lender, considers fit to withhold R20000 from my own check consideration, once more WITHOUT TELLING OR OBTAINING AUTHORISATION FROM ME or organizing with ME. Evidently plan enables them to consider the things they require from any connected consideration making me furious that I actually considered starting a chq acc together.in 3 mths, they've obtained R25000 from me that we have to reside and look after 3 children. They've no conscience that i do not have just one penny left in my own acc, while my husband as been consistently in touch with them re homeloans pmnt preparations. Therefore, this really is totally unacceptable! I need a complete refund and a chance from there, to rebuild payment arrangements.
