Terrible service

My spouse's mom exposed a CREDIT bill with Macy's in March.

Our first criticism is the fact that Macyis provided her credit despite the fact that she doesn't have sufficient revenue to aid this charge card.

She's currently in a medical home and it has no more need of any charge card. Moreover there's proof that somebody is by using this card without agreement. Macyis decided to prevent this consideration on 7/30.

Our second criticism is the fact that a cost was published for this consideration fourteen days after it had been designed to have already been plugged.

My spouse has energy of lawyer on her mom and sent the paperwork to Macy's as required. She called customer care after getting confirmation that Macy's had obtained the paperwork to request the consideration be shut.

Our next criticism is the fact that the client support consultant declined to help within this deal by any means.
