Unethical charging of legal fees against my name

I had been paid to Lomas Walker Lawyers by my body corporate after I'm into debts within my unpaid maternity leave. I was in debts of R3640 after I settled R4000 about the 25th of March the moment I delivered to function. The cost the debts statement I'd available was (including handover costs was R3678) -thus the cost of R4000.

Lomas Walker Lawyers extended to bill me the next authorized costs: that Nov has two authorized charge costs (R1086) and (R1276) respectively-in one single month. They proceed to bill me appropriate costs every month even though that I spend my prices straight to Maxprop about the 25th of eac month before deadline of the very first of every month. Lomas Lawyers haven't needed to advise me to pay for or gather any prices when I am in front of levy cost since I have resolved the debts just sustained because of me getting maternity leave. I talked to Prosecute Reddy and she said she was just prepared to liaise with my lawyer about the etics of these charging me appropriate costs of apprx R1200 monthly despite me being in front of my levy funds and settlent of debts. Our levy is apprx R600 monthly -I spend significantly more than due levy on an avg month in front of the deadline to prevent debts.
