Harrassment/fraudulent fees/lies

I talked to some Carecredit consultant about late charges produced by my child on the dental mortgage I co signed. Carecredit was calling my house 4-5x each day daily. I've excellent credit and did not need this consideration to reflect poorly on my credit history.

An arrangement was created between Carecredit and myself. They set me on the "difficulty" accts. The contract was $27 minute cost for 9 weeks without any late charges or monetary costs accumulating. The contract was created on March 2,08. They approved a cost of $50 on Oct 7. I rec. November, 08 bill and there's a late charge of $39 and fund cost of $65.47. Additionally I've been rec. Everyday harassing telephone calls. Carecredit today promises the acct has 4 funds in debts and need the quantity of $420 instantly. After I talked for their repetition and created the contract NOTHING was actually described of debts or that I'd need to spend them up front. They are laying about their payment period so when they rec. My cost, that we have lender paperwork to back-up once they rec. My cost. They do not read emails or snail-mail. All the representive calls are outsourced towards the middle-east whom you-can't realize. They're rude and unpleasant and speak over you in a loud voice. They smashed their agreement with me and also the harassment continues. I actually donot understand where you can proceed or whom publish to create a criticism or even to correct this issue out. Support!!!
