I was charged after going through the FREE tax e-file process

I went thru the Federal income tax free e-file tax process. It filled in the state return form, I was not given the option to skip that, when it was done with the state ortion it asked would i like to e-file that return for a fee of $29, i clicked the "no thanks" button.

When it got to the end it asked for my credit card info, I assumed it was for future use since I wasn't told I would be charged anything.

BAM! I was charged $30, come to find out they were charging me for filling out the state form.

Since I was NOT given the option to skip it I was ripped off.
