RxServices - placed order for perscription 8/10/07. Emailed as to where my order was, no reply. My checking account was debited the cost of my perscrip Ripoff

I placed an internet order through RxServices on 8/10 for $36.49. I was to allow 7- 10 days for order to ship. My checking account was debited $36.49 on 8/14.

This RxServices does not provide a customer service number to call to check on the status of an order; only an email address is provided for this purpose. This email address is RxSupport@inbox.com..

I emailed RxSupport@inbox.com on 8/20 providing both my invoice number, order number, and my email address, inquiring where my order was, since my account had already been debited, through ValueNet.

As of 8/25 I have not received a reply. I have once again sent yet another email to RxSupport@inbox.com, today, 8/25. For reference, I again included my order number, invoice number, email address; as well as my phone number.

I also made it clear that I will take legal action against this company and will take the matter to Governor of the State of Oregon, Department of Consumer Affairs, and all other concerned parties. They have stolen my money.
