Will I finally receive my ID card?

I enrolled in TexanPlus in December and still haven't received my ID card, although I was assured THREE times in January by customer service that the card has been generated and already sent. Week ago I was told that the card has been sent on January 11th. Today is January 27th and there is no ID card. Today I was assured again that the ID card WILL BE sent and I will receive it in 10-15 day. How many time will I be getting the same answer from Madz, Maria, Jessy, ect.? I need to see my doctor and get prescription.
