Fraud. Rem0val of funds from bank acct

Resources were taken off my banking account by car. T/n since April with a business NUFIC. Used to do not notice this until Nov. 2010. I went in to the First Tennessee department found on Ringgold Rd.in Nov. And named NUFIC on speakerphone before the woman that I had been known. The organization mentioned I'd approved the costs. The financial institution worker believed to ask them to deliver evidence. I required evidence and reimbursement of the resources. NUFIC returned area of the resources but didn't deliver evidence of agreement. I called again on Jan. 21. I had been informed the agreement wasn't shipped since I'd to obtain it written down. They offered mean address in Jacksonville, FL. I've created the notice and approached the financial institution again. First Tennessee recommended me that they're not related to NUFIC. The financial institution doesn't understand how the organization obtained by consideration data. The financial institution is examining this and that I intend on processing grievances using the regulators in Tennessee, FL and calling the attorney-general practices of both claims. Beware - NUFIC is just a fraud.
