Checking Account in the Red. Cause NUFIC debted my account without my Knowledge or Permission

Checked my cheking account this morning and saw it was negative. After reviewing activity I noticed a withdrawel by NUFIC. I had no idea as what that was. Looked up NUFIC on the Internet and am still boggled by how they got into my account and withdrew money from it. I am going to the bank now to deal with Bank of America as I am not happy.
