Business a/c closing fee $50.00

I had been never told after i was lured to come and sit back having a buoyant and foolish cheerful consideration account consultant, who had been far too helpful but knew all-along, that the final fee would apply in case i were to close my business checking a/d. I recently visited close among my business checking accounts along with the repetition explained that i'd have to pay for $50.00. Nicely blessed me, i've two businesses and 4 examining a/dis together bank. They like to help with providing solutions whenever you ever sit back together, however they would not reveal all the fees. They knew when the a/d final fees was disclosed to me in a/d starting, that i'd never subscribe to the a/d within the first-place, which means less business for them. Is there a class action lawsuit for this issue or may i follow legal action on fifth-third??
