Unknown Scammers, are causing me to lose my home, lied, took my money and tried their best to keep it

Long story short, these people gave me false hope long before I was late on my mortgage. They told us to stop paying so that my home loan company would see that I really needed the modification. We got so far behind and they then told us they could not help. After alot of threatening, calling their local newspapers and county atty's we got a refund but not before havingto file bankruptcy to save my home, that is not yet saved. I would like to be involved in a class action. Any other takers or anyonewith a class action already under way? I still have printed communication and the page on their old site that said that they recommend not paying until the process is final. Contact me at @gmail.com
