Mark Twain efuse from returing My Deposit... internet

I sign up with this Moneyinv.com on Nov 01 and made a deposit on there plan #1 in the amount of $50US and ever since that day the account has been dormant, I sent him a email regarding my account and this is what His reply was... If I don't have an account set up one and he will post my first deposit to it.

Now why would I need to do that all he should do is let me set up the account and then transfer my first deposit into it, He never answer my email...

I'm asking everyone that is interesting in invest there funds please stay away from moneyinv.com... Big ripoff.
