FBL Associates They offer me help, but all they did is take my money

I signed a contract with SAFETRUST FINANCIAL (FBL Associate should handle the customer service) on June; it is now January and I did not get any help from this company. I have to deal with the creditors myself and I have to go to court because this company will not respond to any my messages or faxes. For taking my money this company did not do anything to help me. Now I have to come out with extra payments to pay for the two cards that I went to court for. I tried to contact them by email and by phone (2 of the numbers are disconnected) and nothing.in two months my fee that is due to this company will be paid and so far there is no money to pay any of the cards, all of the money went for the company fees. The trust that I have give to this company is drugging me toward bankruptcy. I trusted them with my financial situation, and was promised help but it look like all of that was a lie. I dont know what to do next.
