Representatives and Customer Service SCAM, Deceptive ADvertising, Guaranteeing things that lawyers now tell me are impossible!

Jeez do i wish i never came across Safetrust Financial in Texas, what scam artists. Everybody there has a different story. Some reps guarantee that they can eliminate my debt, some reps tell me to not bother paying any more of my bills. One person actually told me to stop paying my mortgage! I enrolled with this company 4 months ago, i send them 800 per month. They have 3200 of my money and getting the right person on the phone over there is impossible. People answer the phone hello. There is no receptionist. One day i was actually left on hold for 38 minutes!!! 38 minutes!!! My credit card companies are calling me and sending me their attorney letters. They all tell me that not only has nobody at safetrust contacted them but even THEY can't get through to anyone at the houston office. When i ask to speak to a manager, they always say erin or some guy named well smith. But even they can never get on the phone!
After doing extensive research, apparently this "Debt settlement" company already has a bad name. Safetrust financial recently changed their name from Lifeguard financial because of problems they have. Now my husband and i are out 3200, cant get a returned phone call and about to file for bankruptcy.
My friend enrolled at another company and they always answer their phone. So maybe there are reptuable debt settlement companies out there but take it from me... Stay away from safetrust financial in houston.
