Kept $1200 of money for absolutely doing nothing!

Nov I obtained a notice in the government declaring these were likely to impose my lender, revenue and individual home for outstanding back fees. My partner and that I were frightened and had previously handled our condition regarding outstanding fees so we understood the feds were likely to be significantly worse. I named the amount for JK Harris and visited a scheduled appointment. The "consultant" explained I'd better make a move fast or even the government would consider anything. Then he explained just how much the costs were and that I told him used to do not need that type of cash and he explained not a problem, you may make funds.

He explained first we have to get your back-taxes submitted so run up and finish these types and send them to the corporate workplace so we are able to enable you to get present using the government. I settled him $400 and he explained to rush in fourteen days with $400 much more we are able to perform a "stay of selection" therefore the government cant impose your banking account. My partner and that I organized our 5 years of unfiled fees in 3 times and shipped to corporate workplace and we lent money from household for that $400 required for the stay of selection. The man explained there is an issue with my check I offered him and he required my bank card to obtain the extra $400.

I gave him the data and he required $800 after which the check he explained was an issue went thru my lender for one more $400 to get a whole of $1200! Our bill was in facility and he explained " I told you the stay of selection expenses $800" and was unapologetic. Fourteen days pass and that I contact to determine where our taxes are and also the man at corp informs me "Oh, we arent delivering your ready taxes before you spend us our complete agreement charge of $2400" I questioned how which was likely to function since my last cost of $400 wouldnt be compensated until May after which my 2010 taxes could be late also (For an addl $25 per month I'd caught them to complete my 2010 fees) he explained " I dont understand, thats how it operates"

Therefore, I ended my agreement together and said I needed my money-back plus they stated all-they may return is $76, for performing practically nothing! Watch out for JK Harris!!! Simply contact the government oneself its easier and far more affordable!
