Coverted funds, closed account, no proof they were owed

Bank of America with no warning, no letter, no email cut my access to online banking, posted all my balances on 3 seperate accounts $1,800, 000.00 negative.
When I called they stated they closed the accounts, but could not give me any additional information or what happened to my balances.
It took almost 2 weeks before I received generic letters stating they closed the accounts and that they were going to use whatever funds to clear any negatives, again with no explaination why there would be any negatives and how they were caused.
As of today, I found out that $994.43 of my money has disappeared and still no explaination or any information where my money went.
To top things off the $994.43 was money that was from direct deposits that occured after the closure date. So in essence that took money that they should have refused and the converted it.
This is Civil theft!!
