Unauthorized charges to my credit / debit card

Since june our bank card which is really a credit has been charged $7.97per month. I named the organization december 27th after i found this and they've since returned me $7.97 for 2 funds. I tried to call them today jan 5 and request the remaining refund however it is no further a functional quantity. I'd like to recover the rest of my reimbursement.
