I'venot employed startec since sept. I was surpised after I got my declaration on dec declaring that i tak$6. Xx stability which it's today submitted to some collection company. I named startec and also the broker (indian woman) explained that she doenot observe that quantity on my bill. I requested to become used in a boss (national woman). She explained they have some issues within their program which the total amount is likely to be removed. January I acquired another bill amounting to $6. Xx. So i named startec to inquire why am i invoiced again when actually I'venot employed them to get a lengthy time. Plus, they did not credit back again to me the $6. Xx charged in my experience on dec. Ver dissatisfied, i requested them to stop my consideration (1st week of jan). I was informed that they can stop the jan bill and that I will receive a reimbursement (by check) easily call-back after thirty days for that sum billed to m, b charge card on december. February i obtained another bill notice via email. I named them-and they explained that I've another $5. Xx excellent stability. The boss explained that she'll issue breaks but I've to hold back another month to contact them-and request a return. That is absurd! This really is SCAM!
