Met this Polish ex pat in Santa Fe when he was theoretically down on his luck. Made two loan payments on his car that he signed promissory notesfor two 90 day cash advances of $1042 for a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta VIN 3VWAJ71K76M759886 in April and May. Disappeared upon finding out that I was going to file in courtin December for failure to pay. Then turned in the Jetta to the bank to eliminate the ability to have surety for the loan. Never has contacted me again.

Heard from people in the community thathe may not be depended upon. Sad to say I will have to follow thru in court. Would recommend credit not be extended to this individual. If a credit company would like copies of the notes for their evaluations for his credit I can provide it. Last know whereabouts is northern New Mexico. Bench warrant is out on him as well.
