CompuCredit Ripoff Loan Sharks basically, Unrealistic 30% Apr and late fees when not even late

These people are just total ripoff scam artists and they are very rude and guess what I got triple rude right back. This bank handled the old "Fingerhut Credit Advantage Accounts" and Fingerhut closed and re-opened recently with a new bank and credit plan and this Bank Axsys is no longer affiliated with F-Hut.

The reason I'm filing this complaint is that is what they are. I have owed $900 for the past 3 years and never drops because of their ridiculous and I say unlawful 30% APR and late fees.

I just did a balance transfer to a Fifth Third Bank MasterCard to get rid of these loan sharks and Fifth Third just happened to take a long time and then Axsys hit me with a $ fee of $38.02 and I'm not a happy camper.

I did not pay these no good for nothing scam artists late. They got their whole freaken balance of $723.00 paid in full but after the due date which was not my fault. I even did the balance transfer 4 weeks before the due date to these ripoffs that I can't wait to have a law suit filed against by all us cardholders and ex-cardholders.

Then I got a very nasty phone call tonight from them and it was some nasty girl who was nice at first then started shooting her no good for nothing attitude off at me and then I have them a Few "Nasty words" of my own and told them I'm going to do everything in my power to sue the hell outta you ripoff scam artists. They would not even budge on that fee. Plus I mentioned that 29.99% Apr and they said in exact words "Deal with it as its part of your cardholder agreement".

I don't think so! I was ripped off in the begining with a high 24.9% apr then they jacked it up to 29.90% without me knowing it?

What I would like to know is President Bush wants to know how to jump start the economy, well look at us people who are being taken advantage of by these no good for nothing ripoffs like these and people who is buried in debt up to their eyeballs to also other ripoffs like my Providian Card with a $2200 balance and 29.99% Apr as well and I've just about had enough with these no good for nothing what ever they are I can't say here as its too nasty and every body knows it.

Please people write your Senators and your state Government and tell them these problems as why this country is in such bad shape financially and so many filing bankruptcy which I filed over 10 years agao and am indebted again for $30K with a average Apr of 23% and I don't want to ruin my credit but what the heck right? I'm 45 years old and worked in the same dead end job for the past 30 years 69 hours a week an have a crushed disc in my back and am in severe pain and what for what I should just file Bankruptcy for the satisfaction and as 15 years I'm 60 and I don't want this debt when I'm an old man.
