Our greatest criticism is real ignorance using the customer support reps. To begin with, anything is just a large time-consuming experience. To sign up in automated funds (Checkmate plan) you've to complete an application having a voided check and delay many months for this to take effect. Obviously ACS did not stop the automated cost and required a cost from my previous bill, creating facility costs along with a large mess. Why wouldn't it dominate 5-7 business days to stop a cost?
