I wanted to see about a loan modification. Everytime I called the voicemail was full. I did get thru and my card was charged and then I was told the papers were faxed to me and they had tried to call me several times. This didn't happen. I finally did get the application and my card had already been charged a fee. I decided they were on the company I wanted to deal withand the application was never returned to them. 30 money back guarantee, but I never filed the application. It has been almost 3 months and I still havent gotten back my money. I keep calling and they never call me back. Not a way to run a business.
