I signed up for a loan application and I was charged a $19.00 fee and I did not know they had a fee for the application. So I decided to call to cancel the application. And customer service told me that it was canceled and I would have no future charges on my account. I found out today May 25 that I was charged $19.00 in my bank account. I only had $2.00 in there and now I have an overdraft fee of $35.00.
